Ferro silicon magnesium Nodulizer is remelting alloy composing of rare earth, magnesium, silicon and calcium. Ferro silicon magnesium nodulizer is an excellent nodulizer with strong effect of deoxidation and desulfurization. Ferrosilicon, Ce+La mish metal or rare earth ferrosilicon and magnesium are the main raw materials of Ferro silicon magnesium Nodulizer. The production of ferro silicon magnesium nodulizer is performed in submerged arc furnace, medium frequency furnace can also be used.

Product characteristics:
Nodulazer is one kind of hot metal additives which input in the manufacturing process of spherical graphite iron. It has well-proportioned composition, small deviation range of main element , low content of MgO, stable reaction, high absorptive,strong adaptability , good anti-decay.
Uniform chemical ingredient,less deviation of major elements,MgO<1.0%,stablenodularization,high absorption rate,high adaptability and good anti-degeneration.

Application :
- In molten iron , it plays an role of nodulizing, desulfurization, degassing and so on; It can improve the purity level of casting water and generate low melting compounds.
- Remove impurities like arsenic, zinc, lead. It can prevent the interference elements damage spheroidizing effect.
- It can improve the purity level of casting water and generate low melting compounds.
- Improve steel quality, reduce the cost and save aluminum, it is especially applied in continuous casting steel of deoxidizing requirements.
