Ferromanganese is a ferroalloy with iron and manganese as its main components.Iron and steel work as a deoxidizer, desulfurizer and alloy agent.In addition to manganese and iron, it contains impurities from silicon, carbon, sulfur and manganese ore.
Classification of ferromanganese:
1 main classification: according to different smelting methods, divided into electric furnace ferromanganese and blast furnace ferromanganese
2 according to the different carbon content is divided into:
Micro carbon ferromanganese(MCFeMn): carbon is not more than 0.15%;
Low carbon ferromanganese（LCFeMn）: carbon greater than 0.15% to 0.7%;
Medium carbon ferromanganese(MCFeMn): carbon greater than 0.7% to 2.0%;
High carbon ferromanganese(HCFeMn): carbon greater than 2.0% to 8.0%

Conventional grade: FEMN68C7.0
Conventional content is:
Mn:65-72 C: 2.0Si: 2.5P: 0.4S :0.03
Conventional particle size: natural block, 10-100mm, 10-60mm, 1-3mm, etc. Or customized according to customer requirements
Routine packing: 1 ton Jumbo bag packing is generally adopted.
Medium carbon ferromanganese(MCFeMn)
Conventional grade: FeMn78C2.0
Conventional content is:
Mn:75-82 C:7.0 Si:4.5 P:0.4 S:0.03
Conventional particle size: natural block, 10-100mm, 10-60mm, 1-3mm, etc. Or customized according to customer requirements.
Routine packing: 1 ton Jumbo bag packing is generally adopted.
Application of ferromanganese: ferromanganese is widely used in steel industry, foundry industry and other industrial production.
